By downloading, installing, or using the Calinedar application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Calinedar is a personal time management application that allows users to organize and view their schedule. The app may optionally connect to Google Calendar with your explicit permission to display your calendar events.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Calinedar, you agree to:
• Use the service in a lawful and respectful manner
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
4. Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar account:
• Access is granted only through Google's secure OAuth authentication
• Calinedar accesses your calendar in read-only mode
• You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
5. Data Ownership
Users remain the sole owners of their data. Calinedar does not claim any ownership rights over your personal information, calendar data, or any content you access through the application.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Calinedar is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the security of data transmission
7. Limitation of Liability
The developer cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
• Your use or inability to use the application
• Any data loss, calendar synchronization issues, or technical problems
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the service
8. Intellectual Property
The Calinedar application, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Calinedar may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The developer is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
10. Modifications to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Calinedar after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using Calinedar at any time by uninstalling the application. The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
